Neduva.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Neduva.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Neduva.com, even if Neduva.com or a Neduva.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Neduva.com is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in campaigns hosted on the Platform. Campaign organizers are solely responsible for their campaign content, including but not limited to descriptions, images, videos, and statements. Neduva.com does not investigate, monitor, or verify the accuracy of campaign information and assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.

7. No Liability for Donation Outcomes

Neduva.com provides a platform for fundraising but does not guarantee that campaign goals will be met, that funds will be used as represented, or that campaigns will achieve their stated purposes. Donors make donations at their own risk. Neduva.com is not responsible for any misuse of donated funds, failure of campaigns to deliver on promises, or any disputes between donors and campaign organizers.

8. Payment Processing

Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors. Neduva.com is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or failures. All payment disputes must be resolved directly with the payment processor or campaign organizer.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
